Obviously, there is a considerable amount of additional work to be completed outside of the classroom. The more time spent studying, working through practice problems and taking diagnostic exams, the greater the score improvement. Imagine that!

Most students find that studying for the GMAT® is akin to studying for a fairly rigorous course at the college level. That is, some people put in a ton of effort and get fantastic results. Some people put in moderate effort and get good results. Others put in moderate effort and get poor results.

What type of student are you? If things came easily to you as an undergrad then you may be able to get by with only a few hours after each lesson. If you tend to work a bit harder to achieve the desired results then the same will be true of this course. Also, the amount of time really depends upon (a) your starting point (which the diagnostic exam lets us know) and (b) your goal - what score do you need to get into grad school. No matter, please make sure that you approach this class with the understanding that it will take time and effort to improve your scores. You should not take this course if you already have a full course load or hectic work schedule; wait until you can devote some time and effort to your studies. Otherwise, you are simply throwing your money away.

That is why TutoringZone offers some sessions that meet one time per week and some that meet twice per week. This allows you to find the class that will fit with your busy schedule along with the extra time required with the course.
